Will an installation of a sprinkler system be disruptive to my lawn?
A&Q can install an irrigation system on new or established lawns with minimal disturbance to the area.

When is the best time to install a sprinkler system?
A&Q will install irrigation systems year round, provided the ground is not frozen.

Will your company maintain systems other than their own?
Yes, A&Q will be happy to help you maintain or repair your system, even if we didn’t install it.

How long does it take to install a basic system?
Most residential systems take one day to install.  Not only will you be able to resume the use of your yard the same day, but we strive to return the yard to you in as close to its original condition as possible.

How long does it take before my lawn starts to see the benefits of having a sprinkler system?
With proper fertilization and care of the lawn you should start seeing immediate results within one week.

Is training on use of the control panel included with the installation price?
Prior to leaving the site, A&Q will give you a complete walk-through of your system including a review of the controls, and will assist with the initial programming of the watering schedule.  A&Q will be happy to answer any questions you may have in the future as well - we're just a phone call away.

What kind of customer support does your company offer if I have any questions?
A&Q is happy to answer any questions you may have about your sprinkler system at any time.

Are there any maintenance requirements to expect, once my irrigation system has been installed?
Maintenance of your system is minimal other than Spring startup and winterizing (excluding any damage to equipment).

Will your company install additional heads on a system?
Yes, we'll be happy to install additional capacity on an existing system, even if we did not install it.

If we're unhappy with another company, will you complete the sprinkler system installation or manage the sprinkler system?
Unfortunately sometimes this does happen, but A&Q is available to assist with completing or servicing our customers' needs in these circumstances.

Who will be working on my system?
A trained, senior-level technician will be assigned to your account.  You're not just getting someone technical, you're getting someone supported by the entire A&Q team.

What equipment manufacturers do you use?
We prefer to work with Hunter, but if you prefer another manufacturer, we are happy to do so.  We make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction.

What are your payment terms?
For new installations, we require a 50% deposit when the contract is signed.  The balance is due after completion of the work and the system has been demonstrated to the client.
